Faculty Positions

The Department of Physiology at Wayne State University (WSU) School of Medicine invites applications for two tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor positions. We seek well-trained individuals with research interests in the areas of molecular, cellular, systems, translational physiology and/or biophysics to strengthen and complement ongoing programs in the Department. The Department is currently under major expansion and integrative development with the Cardiovascular Research Institute and C.S. Mott Center for Human Growth and Development.

Start-up packages and salaries are highly competitive. Candidates are expected to establish active extramurally funded research programs and participate in teaching medical/graduate students.
